IQZ PROPERTY SURVEYORS SDN BHD (“IQZ”) formerly known as IQZ Property Management Sdn Bhd and IQZ Property Services Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 2023 to suit the present and future services encompassing real estate services of Valuation and Advisory, Estate Agency and Property Management within Malaysia. IQZ consisting of 3 distinguished directors with broad skills and experiences in real estate industries not only in Klang Valley but also expands coverage all over the states in West Malaysia.

IQZ is a registered and licenced property consultant certified by the Ministry of Finance and Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP) Malaysia. IQZ has a team of qualified and experienced staffs to ensure the highest standards of quality and standards can be accomplished. Also, IQZ will not compromise for anything less and will continue to strive in pursing excellence.
